Physical prototypes and standard components

Physical prototypes of all (new as well as modified) components and standard components were produced.
During this process, design considerations based on maximum insulation properties of the DESWH design and the complete design and assembly specification for the DESWH were taken into consideration. Both prototypes represent the 100 liter (water) version in a future heater series. Both prototypes were used to analyze production methods while, more specifically, Prototype 1 was used to perform realistic heat loss measurements. Prototype 2 was used for other tasks such as visualization and verification of the construction and design as well as for demonstration and dissemination of the EcoWaterHeater product.
