Dissemination activities - a summary
The EcoWaterHeater project has participated in a variety of dissemination efforts in order to promote the innovative technology developed in the project. Among these events and activities are the following:
- A presentation of OSO and the EcoWaterHeater project was held at a Norwegian conference for the manufacturing industry on the 23rd and 24th of November 2010, at Sundvolden Hotel, Norway. The conference was organized by BIA (User-driven Research based Innovation) which is implemented by the Research Council of Norway. OSO was represented by Teknologisk Institutt and Frode Paulsen at the conference.
- During the second period of the project, interviews were held with marketing specialists from Ahlsell, Thermia and OSO Hotwater UK Ltd., all partners in the EcoWaterHeater project. The interviews focused on the marketing plan and marketing strategy for the EcoWaterHeater.
- The SME project partner Siegert participated at the SMT/HYBRID/PACKAGING exhibition in Nürnberg, Germany. The exhibition is Europe´s largest event for System Integration in Micro Electronics. Siegert displayed the project presentation roll-up poster on their exhibition stand.
- During the end phase of the project, basic marketing materials were produced. These items will be available for use by the sales and marketing network teams of OSO, to introduce the new EcoWaterHeater.
